Bouncing Text - Learn how to create this Bouncing text effect using Flash 8.
Introduction: In this tutorial I will teach you how to create a bouncing text effect using flash 8. It is a very simple effect no action scripts. Its a nice affect you can add to your flash projects.

Learn how to create the flash text effect above

Part1: Setting up the workspace.

Ok, let us get started. Create a new Flash Document, Click Modifyarrow Document, here is where you can change the background color, and the dimensions of your movie. Since I am creating this for explanation I sat the size to 477 x 200 to fit into my page. However, you can create any dimension you need.

Next create 1 layer, as shown below

Click on the first frame and type your text. The text will be coming in from the top, so type it above your workspace. Click on frame 15 and press F6 to insert a keyframe.

Click on Frame 1 and 15 and Create Motion Tween

Still on the frame 15, Using your down arrow on your keyboard drop the text down as shown in the image.

Click on frame 9 and press F6 to insert a keyframe as shown below. drag the text down into the same position as the text on frame 15.

Click on frame 11 and press F6 to insert a keyframe as shown below.

Using the Free Transform Tool   click on the text and shrink it down to look like the image below.

After that click on frame 14 and press F6 to insert a keyframe. Using the up arrow move your text up about two clicks.

Press Ctrl+Enter to test the movie.

Finished:

Well that is it. Hope it is what you expected. If you have, any questions or comments feel free to e-mail me or leave a message on the forum. If you are having a hard time with the tutorial email me and I will try to help.

Yesterday on the 15th of October my gallery went down for some unknown reason. I was able to get the backup of the images, i just lost all the users. The gallery was not that active but i am sill pissed about what happened. I am in the process of reloading the gallery. Just give me some time and it should be up and running.Yesterday on the 15th of October my gallery went down for some unknown reason.
