Fun with delta force:
Just
having some fun, you can go into one of NOVALOGICS game that is where most of
the new players usually play. Usually they are looking for cheats; by just
typing a message u can have some fun. Tell them to "Look down press esc
and type fly" it’s funny when it works. (it will kick
them out of the game)
Climbing Trees:
TOP
First
you need to find a tree that's on an angle against a mountain my example is on
the TKOTH map Rockey Desert behind the red respawn (screenshot)
(C-11). After you find the tree, use your cross hair to line your self up with
the tree. Give your self some space and jump into the tree (screenshot).
After you did that lye down and change your view (F5) use the UP arrow to crawl
up the tree make sure you don't fall off by crawling too fast. The are many more
location on different maps just have to look around.

Getting up on houses:TOP
Climbing the two story building (example on DM Ice Flows) (screenshot).
First you need to go into the house. Go to the top of the steps (screenshot) and
jump you might not get it the first time just keep trying. When your get into
the steps (screenshot)
walk to the top of the steps if you look down you can line your self up with the
edge of the steps. When your get to the top lye down and press your jump key and
you lye down key at the same time (you can keep press it) and you will get on
top of the building (screenshot)

Getting onto the Castile wall:TOP
First of course you need to find a map with
the Castile on it. My example is on TKOTH ice floes. Go into the Castile; walk
up the steps (screenshot). Position your self in-between the boor way
(screenshot) and press you jump and lye down key at the same time. Keep trying
if you don’t make it with the first try. If you did it right you will jump to
the top of the Castile (screenshot). There is also a glitch when u get to the
top of the Castile press you lye down and stand up key fast and half of your
body will be in the Castile wall (screenshot).

Climbing the small shack:TOP

When u find the shack line your self up in between the door (screenshot)
and press your jump and lye down key at the same time.

Knifing Glitch:TOP
First
you need to go into delta force Setting click over the Keyboard Remap
scroll down until you see the knife setting change your knifing key to (keypad
1) its located on the right hand side of the keyboard. Accept the setting and
host a game just to test it out. Now press 1 to change over to the knife, if you
press 1 + you’re shooting button your knife will reload fast. If you keep
repeating this (1+ shooting button) you can knife like a pro. If you’re doing it
right the knife text will stay red. Most people use it just trying to even
things out.
Editing the
DF.cfg file:TOP
*** make sure you backup your DF.cfg file first ***
Editing the df.cfg
file.
First click start> run
"C:\Program Files\NovaLogic\Delta Force"
Make a back up copy of your
df.cfg file first (I am not
responsible for any damage you may do)
Right click on your df.cfg
file and open it with a simple text editor like notepad.
Change max_res = 4
to max_res = 5
This will change the max
resolution for your game
(by pressing V in the game you can change the
views)
If you want to “hex” your
game name, meaning changing the capital letters to common you can edit the
game_name = ""
to
game_name = "My Game
Name"

Changing game
color:TOP
Change the game name color:
To
change the game name color is simple. Lets say your game name is Snipers Only.
To change the color to white you would put ~0 in front of the Snipers Only.
Example ( ~0Snipers Only ) this will change your game color to white. you can
also add multiple colors like ~0Snipers ~3Only. Their is a limit of how
many text characters can be displayed in df to pay attention.

Delta Force Commands:TOP
* indicates Host
While
in game press (~) and the command bar will come up. You type in the command and
press ENTER.
TURBO - press ~ type turbo (increases
game frame rate)
GAMMA - Press ~ type gamma 200.
Depends on the # how bright the screen will look. You can use this for dark
maps.
RESETGAMES - the host can use this to end a game early without losing the
scores. A player can also use this by pressing ~ resetgames. You can use this
in case you’re out of ammo and far out of the map. Good for snipers.
SKY - makes the map looks bigger, may
also reduces lag.
*PUNT
- kick a player from your game. Press ~ and type punt # and the player # (if you
press the home key you can find the player number) (example punt 01)
*NETDELAY - ~netdelay some say it helps to
even out the lag
HUDCOLOR - ~hudcolor
changes the player list color
*BAN
- Ban a player ~ban # (example ban 01)
