
Step1: Click here and copy and paste this image into Adobe Photoshop. With the image in Photoshop, press Ctrl+J to duplicate the image once as shown below.
With the top layer active Click, Image
Adjustments Levels this will bring up the window below.
If you are using my image, set it as shown in the image. If you are using your own, play around with the levels until you are satisfied. When you are pleased click ok, to apply the settings. Below are the result from the original and what we edited this far, you can see the difference at this point.

Step2:Still on the edited image Click, Image Adjustments Brightness/Contrast this will bring up the window below.
Click ok, this will improve the image quality more and give you the effect below.
Now click on Image Adjustments Photo Filter and add the setting below.
With this setting added you will have the final image below.
